We use premium, small-batch organic flour from Treasure Life Flour Mills in Creston, BC—crafted from heirloom grains and milled without additives or bleaching.
It’s a slower, more intentional approach that brings better flavour, texture, and depth to everything we bake.
The Goldilocks

Not too dark, not too light, but just right. Our espresso is roasted to order locally and has subtle toasted caramel undertones or as they call it the goldilocks of espressos.
